Refund Policy
We want you and your pet to be happy with your Doltero Station. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — clean, free of damage, and with all original components included. Because this product is designed to be tested with your pet before you decide, we do not require unused condition, original tags, or original packaging to process a return. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return
Contact us at dolteroshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
We're unable to accept returns on gift cards. Discounts applied at checkout (including multi-unit and promotional pricing) do not affect your eligibility to return an item — this exception only applies to items explicitly marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase, if any.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in addition to the rights above. As above, the item should be in the condition you received it. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
