Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once it ships.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 8–15 business days within the continental United States. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or high order volume during sales events. Orders placed during promotional periods may take longer to process.
Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 2–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to fully update, as packages may travel through multiple carrier networks before reaching their final delivery service.

Customs and import

Delayed or missing orders

Lost, damaged, or incorrect items
If your package arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at dolteroshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
